Data we collect
The first-contact form collects only your name, country, preferred language, chosen contact channel, contact detail, product/business interest and consent. We also store campaign attribution (UTM values, fbclid, landing page, referrer and locale), technical security data and lead status. We do not request passport numbers or postal addresses in this form.
Why we use it
We use these details to answer your request, route it to the selected messenger, understand campaign performance, prevent abuse and manage the relationship. We do not sell personal data.
Website chat, Telegram, WhatsApp, CRM and AI
After you submit the form, the website may open a clearly labelled AI chat. Chat messages are processed by the AI provider and saved in an access-restricted customer record so the conversation can continue across the website and, when enabled, WhatsApp. The AI record uses a one-way customer identifier and excludes the raw contact value. The operator receives your contact and a non-sensitive conversation summary through Telegram only when you explicitly state that you are ready to buy or start the independent business, or when safety requires human attention. These providers process data under their own infrastructure and terms.
Cookies and advertising pixels
Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API and Google Analytics 4 are activated for marketing measurement only when you grant marketing-cookie consent. Pixel events never contain the contact value or other form-field values. You can reject marketing cookies and still submit the form.
Storage, deletion and security
Lead records are access-restricted and retained for up to 365 days unless a longer period is required for an active relationship or legal obligation. Test leads are stored separately. Reasonable technical controls include validation, rate limits, restricted files and signed webhooks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
International processing
Telegram, analytics, CRM and AI providers may process data outside your country. Where applicable, we rely on consent, contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction or deletion by contacting privacy@olylife.fun. You may withdraw contact consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
